“House” actress accuses Marilyn Manson of harassment, making racist comments

David Wolff – Patrick/RedfernsHouse actress Charlyne Yi has accused Marilyn Manson of harassment and of making racist remarks towards her.

In a series of now-deleted tweets, captured by The Hollywood Reporter, Yi claims that Manson “harassed just about every woman” when he visited the set of the medical drama during its final season. She adds that the musician called her a “China man.”

Yi made her comments in response to the headlines regarding Manson’s bizarre show in Huntington, New York last Thursday, during which the shock rocker reportedly rambled incoherently and implored the audience to tell him they “love” him before cutting the concert short.

“It’s so triggering to see people come up on the internet who have harassed you,” Yi tweeted. “And then when you talk about the incidents you become known as the person tied to the harasser. And that’s just your name from now on. It almost overrides who you are.”

According to the Hollywood Reporter, in October, Yi accused actress Amber Tamblyn’s husband, David Cross, of making racist comments many years ago.

Yi’s Twitter account has since been deactivated.

Manson has not responded publicly to the claims. He did share a review of his show in Sayreville, New Jersey, held the night after the Huntington incident, which called the concert “amazing.”
